Founded in 2013 and based in São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro, Dock Brasil provides repair and maintenance services for support vessels for the Oil and Gas and harbor segments. The Company has effectively begun its operation at the end of 2016, after the construction of the floating dock Comte Cristóvão.
Dock Brasil has an area that covers 20,000 m² in land, 32.200 m² in water and 3.000 m² in the floating dock, with wide oceanfront (215 meters of quay) and overland access to large trucks. 

The shipyard has four positions to drydock vessels up to 3,000 tons, 6 meters drafts basin, accommodation and offices.Dock Brasil provides mechanical, maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, structural, cleaning, painting, mooring and logistic services, among others. The Company has among its shareholders the Private Equity Funds Brasil Petróleo 1 and Brasil Petróleo 2, both managed by Mare Investimentos and Mantiq, which own 50% of Dock Brasil since 2013.
